In April 2008, Jaguar went on sale in Spain, the revamped version of the X-type. It is a completely new model, but an update of that was for sale. The amendments, which amounts to 500 components Jaguar, mainly affect their appearance, both outside and inside the cabin.
Regarding the engine range, there are no changes except that the 2.2 D diesel engine can now be combined with an automatic gearbox six-speed sequential handling function. This combination also includes a particulate filter to reduce a portion of emissions, now the engine gives 146 hp instead of 155.
With this box, the consumer benefits and worse on the manual version and 155 hp compared to the manual of the same potency.
Compared to other cars of similar size and power also have an automatic gearbox, the X-Type 2.2 D does not stand out or for the benefit or the consumption.
