Fiat presents the new Qubo Natural Power

Fiat Qubo presents Natural Power dual fuel petrol and methane. The car is available in two versions feature the same powertrain 1.4 to 70 hp and 104 Nm of maximum torque (data recorded with methane), Euro 5, with 5-speed manual transmission: a version Active (16,400 euro) and Dynamic.

Strength of the new model is the increased autonomy for natural gas operation, can travel 300 km through the total capacity of 77 liters of the two cylinders. The carrying capacity of the luggage compartment instead comes to 250 liters, all well-exploited due to a specific system load called “cargo box”.

The system has an operation of the fuel system relatively simple: the car starts on petrol then automatically switch to gas. The intervention of the propulsion gas is required only when the gas cylinder is close to exhaustion, but it is always possible to switch from gasoline to CNG and vice versa voluntarily, by pressing a button on the dashboard.
